History
The origins of Antelco date to 1970, when Bill Antel formed a company as an irrigation dealer.  The company developed into a successful manufacturer and pioneer of plastic, low volume irrigation products. It engineered the well-known sprinkler, Waterbird, targeting the needs of the agricultural under tree market.  The company was sold and became a part of Hardie Irrigation, with Bill Antel heading the Research and Development team.

Later in 1985, Bill Antel started his own company, Antelco Pty. Ltd., with his wife Sue Antel, in Murray Bridge, South Australia.  In 1989, Antelco Corporation was born in Florida to serve the North American markets.

Antelco offers a product line that includes: drippers, sprays, sprinklers and accessories. This product line is one of the most innovative lines in the irrigation industry.  The company is a pioneer in the development of adjustable, low flow irrigation products.  The Shrubbler®, a multi  stream dripper, and the Spectrum 360™, a vortex spray, are adjustable, low volume irrigation devices that have revolutionized the micro irrigation industry.  Due to its excellence in design and functionality, these products have been widely imitated and marketed by other companies.
